Temat: CENTROWANIE, ZASTOSOWANIA BOJOWE I EGZAMINY 26 maja 2012 (sobota)- godz.. 9.00 Zapraszam wszystkich na seminarium z Taijiquan w Warszawie, które poprowadzi Prezydent YMAA na wschodnią Europę - Robert Wąs (YMAA Kraków)
Seminarium odbędzie się w sobotę 26 maja w Zespole Szkół Gastronomiczno-hotelarskich, przy ul. Krasnołęckiej 3 w Warszawie.
Zaczynamy o godz. 9.00. Seminarium trwa ok. 5 godzin.

  • Pierwsza część od 9.00 do 11.30 (metody treningowe Centrowania),
  • Druga część od 13.30 do 16.00 (zastosowania bojowe do I części formy Taiji)
  • Egzaminy od 16.15 do max 19.00 (egzaminy na I, II i III stopień Tai Chi)

Przerwa od 11.30 do 13.30. Cena 80 zł. za całość, 50 zł. za jedną część. Egzamin: 40 zł. W seminarium uczestniczyć mogą osoby znające przynajmniej I cz. formy i pojedyncze pchające dłonie. Dla kogo: Obóz przeznaczony jest dla wszystkich chętnych ćwiczących w szkołach YMAA w Polsce style Taiji i Kung Fu. Zapraszamy również osoby początkujące dla, których będzie to początek przygody z Taiji/Kung Fu. Zajęcia odbędą się 31 marca br. w sali gimnastycznej I LO im. M. Kopernika w Łodzi przy ul. Więckowskiego 41
I część- Trening podstawowy taiji – od 10:00 do 13:00 (udział może wziąć każdy chętnych, również osoby, które dopiero zaczynają swoją przygodę z taiji)
II część – korekta sekwencji + podstawy pchających dłoni – od 15:00 do 18:00 (dla osób, które znają przynajmniej połowę pierwszej części sekwencji taiji)

Registration after the final date will be charged 100 PLN extra. Foreigners pay for the camp of the first arrival day.
We accept payment only in PLN.

There is an option to pay only for classes (no accommodation and no food). In such case, the payment (650 PLN) is also due by the end of the arrival day. You can either choose the hotel which is in the same building as the gym (the Beskid hotel) or the Kotarz hotel which is located on the other side of the road near the gym and which offers you a higher standard (spa center, sauna, swimming pool with no limitations, free parking, billiards and others).

Accomodation options:

1. Hotel Beskid - payment 1100 PLN (including food, bed, classes)

2. Hotel Kotarz - payment 650 PLN (classes) + you book and pay Kotarz hotel accomodation on your own (around 180 PLN  per night including food, bed and hotels extras). Don't forget to ask for YMAA camp participant's discount.

Taiji/Shaolin Shaolin and Taijiquan students will learn basic staff techniques. It will be a continuation of the training from the last Summer camp and seminars. For Taiji students attendance is not required. If, however, someone wants to participate in this class, please indicate it in the registration form.

Sword Basics - We will learn the basic sword techniques including training with partner and sword sequences (Shaolin and Taiji). This will be the continuation of the training form previous camps. Equipment required: wooden sword (no metal swords allowed!)

 

Taijiquan

Taiji  students(Qigong, sequence and aplications, Taiji ball, sparring) will learn the traditional sequence of Taijiquan Yang style, basic Taiji Qigong Training, Pushing Hands, Centering and basic applications of Taiji Forms and Taiji Qin Na.  
Advanced students will practise Taiji forms, medium and fast speed Taijiquan sequence, basic and advanced Pushing Hands, Taiji Qin Na, applications of Taiji forms and Pushing Hands, centering, rooting, Taiji sparring and Jin training.

 

Equipment required: Wooden blocks for centering training (not obligatory).
  Wooden staff and training belt
Shaolin:

Students will practise and improve:
- Kung Fu techniques,
- applications of Kung Fu forms and Fighting Forms,
- weapons training (staff, sabre, sword),
- basic and advanced sparring training,
- reaction training,
- Jin training,

 

Equipment needed: wooden staff and other weapons.
  training gloves, jumping rope, shin protections, helmet, plastrons, shields.
Attention: During all shaolin classes use of training belt is OBLIGATORY!

If you register after the final date you will be charged 15 euros. All foreigners should pay for the camp until the end of the first arrival day.
You can make the payment in PLN (money exchange available at the reception building) or in EUROS. You can also pay via on-line payment (credit card) - in this case, send us an e-mail requesting on-line payment and we will send you a link to make the payment.

There is an option to pay only for classes (without accommodation and food). In such case, the payment 115 is also due by the end of the arrival day. In this year you can choose the standard of the hotel. You can either choose the usual hotel which is in the same building as the gym (the Beskid hotel) or the Kotarz hotel which is located on the other side of the road near the gym and which offers you a higher standard (3 meals per day, spa center with no limitations, free parking, billiards and others.

If you want to stay in the Beskid hotel then you pay 215 euros for everything.

 

If you prefer the Kotarz hotel, then you need to pay 115 euros for the classes and separately for the hotel which is about 35euros (160zł) per night. If you choose this option, please contact us about further details.
